I applied online. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery in Aug 2023
Interview
I applied online through the Warner Bros. Discovery careers website. A few weeks later, I received an email inviting me to a first-round interview with someone from HR. It was a 30-minute video call, mostly behavioral questions and questions about my motivation for applying.
After that, I had a second-round interview with the team I would be working with. It was more informal and focused on my background, interests, and how they aligned with the team's projects. Everyone was very friendly and genuinely interested in my experiences.
