Applied via the Turner Website, but it's tough to get an interview unless you have a contact within the company. The first phase of the process is a math media test. The math on the test is basic and straight forward, just take time to fully read the questions and know what information they are looking for. I then had a phone interview with HR, which lead to my resume being passed onto the hiring manager for the position. I went in and met with two Account Supervisors who drilled me with the basic interview questions (strengths, weaknesses, where you want to be in 5 years) and faired pretty well. A week and a half passed before I heard back for a second interview. Went in again and meet with an Account Executive. This phase was more of a back and forth conversation, didn't really get the standard interview questions. I'm assuming the Account Executive was trying to gauge whether or not I was a good fit, opposed to the Account Supervisors who were trying to get a feel of whether or not I was capable of doing the work. It took 3 weeks to hear back that I wasn't offered the position, but by that point I had pretty much assumed as much.
The process seemed very long and dragged out. It was tough to get a straight answer from the people I followed up with, in terms of where they were in the hiring process. I wish the process was a little more transparent for the applicants.
