It was a panel interview and they were very nice and they asked the usual interview questionsinterview took one hour and I got a little anxious. I had to wait at least 10 minutes before the end of you spot it and then each panel member asked me questions

Took a very long time, but the questions were reasonable and people were nice. The important thing is getting past the screening by filling out the questionnaires with a strong interpretation of your skills.
First they ask the same questions to a group of potential applicants, then I think they narrow it down to a few applicants and hold further interviews with them. At least that's what I think.

Interview
30 minute Panel interview with a series of 8 questions, followed by a timed writing sample. Its been over a month and I never received any follow up after the interview which I find to be extremely unprofessional and disheartening.
