Washington Football Team interview questions

Scheduling the interviews were relatively easy but the process went down hill from there. Originally scheduled two interviews in late May 2024 with the Administrative Officer and the Chief People’s Officer for the organization. I was slotted to meet with the CPO first - logged into the Teams platform and waited (over 30 min) for him to log into the call but he never did - no show. I was able to meet with the Administrative officer and the interview went well. She gave me her back ground and the remainder of the interview focus on me sharing my background and experience. My interview with the CPO was rescheduled for the following week (Early June) for 1:00pm. The CPO was 10 minutes late to this interview and during the interview was checking his phone and not making eye contact. After both interviews, I received no follow up contact for over a month. Overall, this was just not the professional experience I was expecting from an NFL organization.
