You sit down and speak with the store GM (or in some cases AGM) and they ask you why you chose Wawa, what do you look to accomplish, and other things of that nature.After the first half an hour interview if you are a qualified candidate they will contact you again for the second hiring interview.

The interview process is somewhat long. You have to take a computerized exam which presents the store with a score and that is how they determine whether or not to bring you in. Seems to be the new standard in interviewing these days.
