I really liked the way the interview was done. I applied online after seeing posts on various sites and shortly after I received an email for an online assessment. The assessment went through various scenarios and personality questions, as well as some basic comprehension questions. It was rather lengthy but sufficient. A day or two after the assessment, I received an email to schedule a phone interview with a recruiter. The phone interview went well, the recruiter told me everything I needed to know about the position and about Wayfair. She asked me basic customer service oriented questions and also asked why I wanted to stay in customer service/ why I wanted to work for Wayfair. After my phone interview, the recruiter scheduled a onsite interview for their Super Interview Day. I was told it would be a group setting style interview in the beginning and then we would branch to individual interviews. When I arrived to the interview everyone was super pleasant. We did a tour of the building and then a group activity. Following that I was interviewed by two managers. My interview lasted just under an hour and a half. Within a day I was called with a job offer. Following the job offer I received an email for a background check and drug screen to be completed within 48 hours. The only downside was that I had to drive an hour for the drug screen because there were no locations near me. Following the drug screen, I received a successful completion email the same day.
