Wayfair Customer Service interview questions

Went for a phone interview first, then an online assessments and then in person where there was 4 parts, presentation from a recruitment officer, group presentation (4 people in the group and we had 20 mins to brainstorm and 10 mins to present), group project (build lego) and then a 1:1 interview with a mock call (very easy)

First there is a phone interview with an HR rep. Pretty standard questions. Not difficult. Got an email invite to an in person interview that you schedule online yourself. That was easy. In person interview was at a hotel in a conference room. There were tables set up and multiple interviews going on at once. Real loud and hard to hear the interview questions. The person that interviewed me was great. Standard interview questions, personable and friendly. Made me feel comfortable right away.
