It was a difficult process, have to prepare well, u kinda have to be well brushed on all ur basics which ll include html, css, js, dsa, and your tech stack
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Jan 2018
Interview
I applied for an opening that they had listed online. Shortly after I was contacted directly by an in-house recruiter who scheduled a phone call with me, and then afterward scheduled a short, online tech test with a senior developer. The test was more of a technology background review and was straightforward but meaningful. Afterwards, I was brought in to their office to meet with two small groups focusing around the position, in which I participated in a slightly longer code test focusing on two different parts of Frontend focused web tech. Finally, I was reached by phone & e-mail with follow-ups. The entire process was very straightforward, the contacts all very communicative and friendly, and I would definitely recommend applying if interested.
