I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I first interviewed by a campus recruiter after I applied on my university's career link. About a week later Wayfair will email you to schedule a second round interview at Wayfair's Boston HQ. The second round interview was divided into two parts. The first part was case study. The second part was to run through your resume and ask you some background questions.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair
Interview
3 rounds, super friendly interviewers and a great experience overall. Took about 4 weeks from applying. Interview included initial screening interview, following by 3 interviews including Case interview, Standard STAR questions & and a case study.
Was contacted through email pretty quickly after my initial application to set up a video interview. That was a case study that lasted about 45 minutes. Interviewer was very nice but dove straight into the interview. Consisted of basic business questions including some slight math, can be hard if you’re not prepared. Was contacted shortly after to set up an in person interview (2 interviews that day). They start that with a tour of their offices, which are super nice! First interview there was another case, similar to the first but a little more difficult. Next interview was all behavioral, what would you do in certain situations and giving examples of your experiences. Both lasted about 40 minutes. Both interviewers were super friendly and helpful. Soon after I was sent an email to set up one last phone call in which the offer was made.
