I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in May 2016
Interview
Phone screen, followed by a Skype interview with the hiring managers in the Boston headquarters. If prepared for the interview, it is not that difficult. They asked pretty detailed questions, yet nothing out of the norm. I prepared about 3-5 hours total for the interview, and it paid off.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Brunswick, ME) in Apr 2018
Interview
Open to close the process took about 5 weeks. Started with submitting my resume and cover letter via Indeed. Went through the typical behavioral screening the next week. I received an invite to their facilities two days later and undergo a 2-round interview process. Didn't here back for a few days so I sent an email to them. The next week they go back to me saying they'll be in contact with me soon. Got a call saying how great I was in the interviews and how I would make a great fit but ultimately, they're moving on to someone else.
