The interview process started with a short screening call with a recruiter. This was followed by a 30 minute screening call with a member of the hiring team, which included a case. I was then invited for a half day in-person interview, which included four 45 minute back to back conversations with colleagues and the hiring manager. In each conversation, I was asked a few questions about my background, but the bulk of the time was spent going over cases. In total, I was given four cases on the day of the interview (in addition to the case I was given in the earlier screening conversation), two of which were focused on supply chain issues and two of which were focused on improving customer experience. I wasn’t asked any behavioral or scenario questions.
There seemed to be a lack of communication between the individuals involved in the interviewing process. For example, I was specifically told that I would not be given ANY cases at the start of the day. Additionally, the provided job description was very clearly out of date. The aspects of the job emphasized by the description were not the same aspects emphasized by the interviewers. I never heard back after the interview, and my follow-up emails went unanswered - extremely unprofessional.
