I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Wayfair (Orem, UT) in Nov 2015
Interview
I brought my resume to an open /walk-in type career fair experience. Two people interviewed me. They asked general questions about my previous employment experience and why I wanted to work at Wayfair. It was very comfortable and easy. Once the initial interview was thru, I did a couple online questionnaires (i.e., what would you do in this situation...). After that, a background check and a drug test, then I got approved for work. I came in for the training class about a week later and it's been awesome ever since!

(Things like that.)
Prompt response and efficient process with Wayfair, from application to interview. Impressed by the commitment to a positive candidate experience. Excited about the opportunity to join. Question 1
Your interest, motivation and relevant work experience
Very intensive. The company is hard to get hired with. They have great benefits but the interview process is quite difficult for the starting pay. It is a lengthy process with multiple rounds of interviews for a position offering basic hourly pay.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Galway) in Jun 2022
