I applied online. I interviewed at Wayfair in Jun 2017
Interview
Pretty straightforward. Recruiter called after I submitted my application. Invited me in for an in person interview to meet the team. Was told there would be an additional round of interviews I ended up not being selected for. Didn't get job but was an enjoyable process. Only complaint was sending me a generic email to let me know I was not selected. Would have preferred a phone call.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Oct 2025
Interview
A series of teams calls with different people. One was a case study where you did it with a manager you would be working with. Moved pretty quickly with scheduling the interviews and hearing on next steps.
Phone interview with Recruiter and then a long virtual interview where you are passed around to 3 different people and asked different questions and given hypothetical roles to describe a hiring process for.
