1st Step Phone Interview, 2nd step video Interviews. Process went 2 rounds. Head of Recruitment was engaging. 2nd round with Director was lacking. He came off a bit full of himself and was distracted. He displayed a lack of engagement and was easily distracted. Perhaps I was not the fit but received zero feedback so I do not know. Positions seem to have been posted for a long time, probably do not know what they are looking for.
