Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter, and after chatting on the phone with him, I was invited to go in person and talk to HR. My interview was with 2 employees. They had me role play sales scenarios. They also asked how I would help a struggling colleague.
Standard online application. HR representative was very friendly and helpful. The supervisor that interviewed me was unprofessional to say the least.
The building is a bit strange and the right entrance isn't the easiest to understand. Employee's don't seem to understand how piggybacking can lead to a security breach as they were eager to let me into the building and open every door.
Once I was in the interview, the sales manager was incredibly demeaning and rude. He stated he had never worked in a call center before and was fired from his previous job in the banking industry. Didn't give me a lot of confidence in him or the company. He liked to talked down to me and drew on the whiteboard how one day late has a domino effect on the whole company.
