Absolutely the best interview process I have been through since I started working. The Talent Acquisition Team knows their stuff. The Manager was very personable and believes in the company. The Tech review was not easy which is good. They interviewer understood the difference between memorizing answers and thinking critically.

Interview
Asked basic questions, had a ~15 question quiz with two IT employees and then had a 20 minute interview with the head of IT who described the systems that they use and what you would be required to do. Both interviews showed a lot of happiness and was less formal than expected.
