I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Wayfair (Berlin)
Interview
Avoid. The initial conversations with the recruiter seemed to be positive, but they would never really commit to what job exactly they were looking to fill and then after a lot of interviews, time spent from my current position, and a 'likely offer' I was just totally ghosted. So ultimately very unprofessional.
After a month and some interviews, they decided and in person in Berlin was appropriate: So I took a few days off to get to Berlin and spent the day at the office in a room through interviews with varying levels of employees. After several follow ups I finally got a call from the recruiter explaining some of the roles they were considering me for, but still could not get an exact job title. After this, the recruiter wanted me to meet one more time - for a total of 3 times - with someone I had interview with both before Berlin and in Berlin. This call was more of a conversation about the exact role the interviewer saw me in - I just asked a lot of questions and it was a casual conversation.
Following this, the recruiter calls to ask about final expectations around numbers, and said an offer would be coming soon. Then at this point NOTHING. No responses to emails, calls, etc. Not even a bug off or a thanks but no thanks.
So, in the end, it was a lot of interviews and time away from my current position to get absolutely nowhere.
All I can say is I think I dodged a bullet by not getting any opportunity at Wayfair. I urge you to look elsewhere.

Other Associate Director Interview Reviews for Wayfair
The interview process was so well put together. The experience described was exactly what I experienced. Well described and executed. This allowed me to prepare in the most effective way.
Case interviews, many rounds, very data driven. The rounds of feedback and hiring manager role in hiring were vague. Process lingered for weeks followed by recruiter call sharing internal candidate hire.
