Interview
First assessment with some algebra mixed with business explanations. Then, got called into their headquarters for a 3 part in person interview & assessments, and it felt a bit condescending. Good thing is, they were clear in what type of candidate they were looking for (questions were directly related to the type of work interns would be given).

What are your strengths, what are your weaknesses, why are you interested in wayfair and some case studies with online commerce metrics.
Smooth experience, straightforward recruiting process, no problems encountered, was not originally familiar with the company but interviewers did a great job of making it conversational and informative to their work and giving insights into what interns get to work on

Online face to face interview with a hiring manager. Was asked about 1-2 economics related questions. As well as 1-2 questions about business analytics and how to get data from customer reviews.

Interview process was straightforward. First round was a straightforward behavioral set of questions in a 30 round interview. That was followed by 2 more rounds of interviews, one with the hiring manager and one with the director of the team. Most questions were behavioral with a few technical.
