I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Mar 2013
Interview
The interview process was very relaxing. They asked me to talk about resume and my previous work experience. I think it helped I had interned a year before so I had some office exposure but the interview was more of a conversation but this may have changed since I was there. I interviewed at the offices in Boston and heard back about four days later with a job offer. It was all a very fluid process
In person second round interview with a panel of three interviewers. Every indication that an offer would be made but one never came. Unsure if there was ever a real position.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Salt Lake City, UT) in Aug 2021
Interview
it was easy and efficient. there is a prep call for your interview before it happened, so you are well prepared before its happening. I personally like the process and how professional they were.

Interview
Phone screening of a case interview, then onsite with Senior Manager Level + for 2 extra case interviews and 1 behavioral interview. The process is quite standard given many of the interviewers are with consulting background so be very logical and processed in your approach.
