The interview process consisted of five stages including behavioural questions and a case study. It is important to understand what the people principles are and use the STAR method. Interview process went smooth with appropriate feedback.

Interview
First interview over the phone with HR, followed by one interview with direct manager plus 4 more panel interviews with different stakeholders. While most of the people I had the interview with were very professional, one of them was extremely uninterested and was rushing through the interview. HR scheduled a debrief to give feedback after being rejected for the role however made no effort to actually call which was quite disappointing after having spend so much time for several interviews

Interview
After being approached by an in-house recruiter and having a phone call with her I had a 45 minute video call with a hiring manager scheduled in 4 days.
The person was very friendly and easy to talk to. No surprise or tricky questions. I was asked about my negotiating experience, stakeholder management, managing a team and a general question about the biggest challenge for the business at the moment.
The whole communication was very positive and efficient until they decide not to proceed with my application.
I got a generic rejection email stating they had candidates better fit for the role and ignored my requests for any meaningful feedback.
