Interview
The worst HR experience thus far in my 10+ years. After applying online I was quickly asked to do a phone interview; no complaints. Was told it went great and I'd hear back within a week with further news. After 2 weeks I reached out. The role has been "cancelled" (would have liked to been informed of this, no?) From there I was bounced around among several recruiters, completed who knows how many phone interviews, and lead down a path of confusion. Recruiters took weeks to get back to me (mostly I was ignored even though I was told to expect a call), jobs were "cancelled" or positions had completely changed to where I was no longer qualified. Finally I had enough and got off this incredibly unprofessional and disorganized roller coaster. Seems like a truly great company, but how are great employees supposed to get in the door if the HR process is this unbearable?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Applied online, got a response from a recruiter the next day. Phone screen was a few days later and received an invite to come in for the final round later that same day.
The in-person interview was split into thirds, behavioral, situational, and a case. Like many of the other reviews say there is no real way prepare for the case, they are looking for more of your thinking and ability to take direction rather than the actual number. During my case, I was not allowed to use a calculator so that threw me for a loop because I was told repeatedly beforehand that I was going to be able to.
The process itself was nice, all the interviewers were friendly, my recruiter brought me snacks between sessions. I was there for around 3-4 hours.
I was told that I would hear back no later than 2 days after the interview. I didn't receive a response from the recruiter until a week later asking to set up a time to call me within the next two days. She never ended up calling and dragged it out until the end of that week. After finally getting her on the phone it turned out to be a rejection call.

Interview
HR woman was very nice and very easy to talk to. Felt like a casual conversation but she gave A LOT of information about the role. Very eager for my second round!

Interview
I applied online then received an email to set up a phone interview. Phone interview lasted about 15 minutes just provided general information and clarification about certain experience listed on resume. A week later i received an email in which I was asked to come in for the second round of interviews which would be 3, thirty minute interviews.
