Interview
I talked with the Technical Recruiter at a career Fair. I also did an online application for the Labs position at Wayfair's career and followed up with the recruiter. Got a call for HR round. Simple questions like tell me about yourself and regarding my projects. After the call he asked me to send a sample code, which I sent and got a invitation for coding challenge, which was of an average level difficulty. I had a day to complete this challenge and send it. After successfully completing that got a call for coding interview. It was for 1 hour and started with simple questions like describe some previous experience from the resume. Then was asked two questions for coding, First was to separate negative and positive numbers from a given array, and give an optimal solution for it.
Next was to tell what a given code prints (PHP code). Also fixing a small bug in this code.
Both seemed pretty straight forward, I stumbled upon the first a little, but the interviewer was really awesome, he guided me properly.
