Wayfair Senior Software Engineer interview questions

First chat with HR with normal questions and then two rounds techinal interviews with two of the senior developers. It was through Skype and an online editor. The process was with respect and everything on time.

I applied online, a recruiter contacted me afterward and I did a phone interview, two skype technical interviews and then I was invited for an onsite interview. The interviewers are very understanding, helpful, and genuinely interested in getting to know you and understand where you come from, It's a whiteboard interview however the questions are actually relative to real work experience not just imaginary text book algorithm questions. The Berlin office where I did the onsite interview has an open floor space which is not my cup of tea but I guess people there love it and the team members I met is a diverse nice group of people.
