Wayfair Visual Production Associate interview questions

I lacked confidence in my candidacy very early on in the process when an interview with the hiring manager was scheduled incorrectly by the Candidate Experience team. No one told me the meeting "changed" to 2 days later until after I sat waiting for 15 minutes on a Google Meet call. When the interview actually occurred, the hiring manager hinted that it was an accident that I was even being interviewed, and asked if I had technical difficulties the first time (erm... no, I did not). Overall everyone seemed nice but the final panel interviewer asked why I wanted to shift from my current production role to this "design" role, (see job title above) and seemed to be a little rushed and bothered that he had to interview me. There was also an odd focus on leadership qualities for an L1 position.
