I've got a chance to get through all the steps of the technical part. First technical screen call - great experience, I felt like I could give 100% of myself.
Next round was 3 calls - coding, behavioral and home assessment.
I've got the feeling that it went very well (I've answered all questions), I've got a very positive feedback after the first technical screen call. But unfortunately I didn't pass the second round. This time HR was not able to share with me a feedback - which I found a bit unfair - I have spent 1.5 months on interviews (feeling like it went well). I was left confused and still don't understand what exactly went wrong.
Overall interviewing for Waymo it's a great experience and I will try one more time in the future.
