I went through three rounds of interviews, including a site visit, and was led to believe I was a strong candidate. They spoke about future opportunities and made it seem like an offer was coming. In the end, I didn’t get the job. What bothered me most was that during the site visit, they didn’t ask many typical interview questions. It didn’t feel like they were evaluating my experience or skills. It felt more like they just wanted to see me in person and make a judgment based on that. If you don’t fit some unspoken mold, they won’t hire you, no matter how qualified you are. Overall, it was a frustrating and time-wasting experience.
