My first interview was a Skype meeting with a very friendly HR person based in the UK. She made me feel at ease straight away. She told me over the phone that they'd like to bring me in for the second round in the Dublin offices. The second interview went very well, I was introduced to the whole team and was shown around the offices. I was then subsequently called for a third interview a week later. The team manager who's also based in the UK was coming over to conduct interviews. My interview with her was okay although I didn't feel as at ease as I had done with the others. At this point I had a feeling I wouldn't be a good fit with this company, which was fine. However I wasn't contacted for over a month to say I had been unsuccessful, even though they had been pushing for a quick start at the beginning of the process. Left a bitter taste in my mouth after the amount of hoops I'd been made jump through throughout.
