WeWork Community Associate interview questions

Authentic? One of the core values for WeWork is Authentic. Complete lie. This hiring process is truly unprofessional and reflects poorly for their top leadership. From previous comments it looks like this is a tactic they use to avoid work. I applied for the position knowing I was overqualified in hopes of learning and eventually getting promoted within a "good" company. I applied online on a Thursday and heard back on the next Monday. I scheduled a Zoom interview on the next Thursday. The interview was easy and casual. The recruiter asked if I was interested in coming in and speaking with a hiring manager and seeing one of the sites. I accepted. She said she will follow up and schedule the second interview. Immediately after our interview I sent a "Thank you" email. A week went by and I never heard from her. Two weeks go by and nothing. I send a follow up email in regards to the second interview. Nothing. I never hear back and it seems they will not reach back out anytime soon now. It is not the recruiters fault but it seems that their top tier management is giving instructions for this kind of behavior. If they were to reach out and offer me a position today I would clearly decline. This just reflects how poor they treat their hiring process and I can only imagine the kind of employees they actually hire.

A video call phone screen followed by an on-site and a building visit. The questions were pretty standard and 2 people were in the on-site. The building visit was much more involved and I met a bunch of people. The job seems very all-consuming and everyone is super enthusiastic to work for WeWork.
