The interview process started by me applying online. I received and invitation to complete and video recorded interview, which consisted of 2-3 text questions (salary, how'd you hear about WeWork, references) and 3-4 pre-recorded questions that you need to answer on video in 2 minutes. After this, it went about 1 week without hearing from the recruiter. Therefore, I emailed the recruiter asking for an update. She quickly responded and invited me in for an interview with a city lead. I completed that interview on site in WeWork's NY HQ. The interviewer seemed to have a lot on her mind. She was checking her phone, no pen or paper for notes, and pretty obvious she never looked at my resume. But the conversation went well and I was invited to do a shadow at a WeWork location that lasted 2 hours. After the shadow, I had a final interview with the community management regional lead. They later took 1.5 weeks to contact me about their final decision, after calling references. I would recommend staying in constant contact with your recruiter.
