Interview went but we'll and got a call from HR very next day soon for the interview for the second round. This time it was with the head of PMD from U.S.A. It was a googlemeet. Interview went very smoothly . I was in a positive mind. All these things took almost 4 weeks to process but after this no news and call from HR. in case I have not met their requirement there is a proper professional way to send a mail to close the process. I was shocked to see the professional ethics of wework as no news after 2nd round of intervew. Company does not have a professional ethics towards interview process.
