WeWork Front Desk Associate interview questions

It's such a Quick turnaround, very thorough and such sweet people to get to know you! Very straight to the point and easy going. I loved this part 1 Phone interview!

1st phone interview, then 1 video, and 2 in person. I personally had a great experience on the 1st interview and felt very hopeful, but the person I spoke to on the 2nd interview didn't seem as though they had taken the time to look over my experience or look at any part of my resume. She only asked questions related to scenarios, which I understand can be important. She seemed offended by the fact that I didn't have direct experience in this department. At the end of the interview, I asked how WeWork supports employee development, and didn't really have an answer for me. When I asked my final question about the team dynamic, I was only informed that many important people worked out of this office and that the front desk associate would have to be on the best behavior. The minute I got off the interview with her, I knew that even if I got an offer I would not want to work here.
