WeWork Graphic Designer interview questions

Overall, the interview process was pretty straight-forward with only a few miscommunications in between. After applying online, the recruiter reached out to me via email to set up an initial phone call. The recruiter was able to give me a run-down on the position, company, and gave me time to ask questions. Since I was applying while employed, the recruiter also asked why I was looking to make the switch. The next step was supposed to be an in-person 60-minute portfolio presentation/Q+A plus 2 60-minute design challenges. However, I didn't hear from the recruiter (who had said emailed me, but I didn't receive anything in my inbox). Instead, the interview was changed to a phone interview with a design lead. I went over my portfolio and the demands of the position. I later had 2 in-person interviews -- one was panel-style, and the other split into two interviews. Everyone I talked to was very nice and professional. In the end, I was extended an offer and accepted. Can't wait to be a part of the team!

the process was an casual but informative discussion, the interviewer was very polite and enthusiastic and was receptive of any questions and concerns. It took about 10-15 minutes , the interviewer explained the mission of the company, where the company is headed towards and asked how I feel about joining such a company.
