Interview
First interview is a phone call of 15 mins, then you are invited to a group interview where you spend 4 hours doing tasks and 1 to 1 questions. After weeks of wait, I was invited to a final interview with a Community Director and Community Manager, however, never heard back from them after that final interview. I have emailed HR and interviewers and they decided to do ghosting, very professional!
Le processus de recrutement s'est déroulé dans un espace WeWork à Paris avec deux managers de l'équipe Community. L'entretien portait sur mon parcours professionnel, mon expérience en relation client et ma capacité à créer du lien entre les membres. Les échanges ont été professionnels, bien structurés et les managers ont pris le temps de répondre à mes questions sur le poste et l'entreprise. Une expérience globalement positive et respectueuse.
