Had a phone interview, went very well. We discussed pay, potential start dates and a benefits package. The call ended with her explaining next steps and how the process works and she said they would set up a Skype interview with me next. I sent her a follow up email, thanking her for her time.
The next morning I received an auto-generated rejection email. I reached out to the girl I interviewed with and did not get a response. I reached out to the recruiter who told me she would call me the next day and she called me at t 5:30 on a Friday.
Even after the call I'm still confused. It sounds like the girl I talked with didn't know the job at all despite being the hiring manager. The recruiter told me the salary of the job I interviewed for, which was way lower than what I was previously told. I'm not sure if the recruiter was saying that to disinterest me from a job I may not have been qualified for, despite the hiring manage saying I was. Very confusing.
Clearly a disorganized company that lacks basic courtesy. Very disappointing the hiring manager didn't respond to me.
Very professional and relevant to the job. Respect my time. Had one interview. Got the answers fast. Kept in touch though the entire process. Explained the role as needed and answered all
My questions.
Initial fielding call with the talent agent, followed by three separate follow-up interviews with various levels of management and concluding with a final comprehensive interview conducted by the local on-site team.
The interview process is very long and time taking and it takes about 2-3 months to get completed. They have about 5-7 interview rounds hierarchy wise starting from the direct manager or colleague to the top management
