WeWork Senior Recruiter, Growth interview questions

I applied online and was contacted by the hiring manager a week later. We scheduled a call that she proceeded to miss without any advanced notice: after a few days of radio silence, she asked to reschedule for week and a half after our originally scheduled interview. Bizarrely, she then requested that I send her a calendar invite. Phone screen covered all the basics and I got the sense that the team is very under resourced and their time is poorly managed. The hiring manager asked me to follow up with her the following business day in order to schedule another call with a recruiter on her team, which I proceeded to do: radio silence again for five business days, at which point I removed myself from consideration for the role. Needless to say, this was a shockingly poor candidate experience (why am I sending calendar invites to my interviewer, who is a Senior Manager?) and very disappointing for such a well known business.
