WeWork Manager interview questions

The interview process took a little longer than I expected, but everyone was courteous and responsive to my emails when I asked for follow up information. I met with 7 people over 5 interviews, mixing from Google Hangouts and in person. I reviewed the Glassdoor reviews and my experience did not line up. Patience was required, but in the end, everyone showed up when they said they would and were beyond professional.

Interview process took 3 months!!! 2 phone interviews followed by two in person interviews. So five total. But if they take a likeing twoards you, you won't have to go through so many. So if you have to go through 5 your prob not getting the job. But this job would be great for millenials fresh out of college. But if youve worked after college don't apply, job is low paying around the low 40's and all managers must walk around and pick up trash off off the floor and refil teas and free beer and soda for the people that rent the spaces there. I observed that on my walk through. The company sends its workers on these elobrate trips, they will rent out a club, or buy out a bowling alley, fly you in a private jet, basically give you a ton of things that never directly place money in your account!!! Website lures you in but 5 interviews for bascially a retail manager job..ahhh no!!! Stop wasting money on trips and your website and pay people better!!!
