I did a phone interview this week. HR sounded friendly and busy. After I walked through my resume, she talked about what WeWork does. I did research before the interview and told her what I know about the company. I think it helped. I wish I had talked a little slower and been less nervous. The interview lasted about 20 minutes and was rather casual.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WeWork (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Felt like a huge waste of my time. I came prepared for a discussion where I could learn more about the role and the company but instead I just felt like I was being rushed off the phone. I was asked only 2 questions, which while I was answering them it sounded like the recruiter was washing dishes, doing random tasks, not even paying attention, and had no response to what I had just said. Did not hear back for a week so decided to follow up and was still unable to get a response.
