There are two rounds. The first round is a 10-15 minute phone interview. The interviewer introduced me to WeWork and some details about the intern program. Then we talked through my resume. The final round is a 2.5 hour virtual onsite. It is in December, 2021. I'll update afterward.
1 Phone Screen -> On-site (1 coding, 1 system, 1 behavioral). Overall, a very short and quick process that took around 2 weeks. Everyone was super friendly and supportive throughout the process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at WeWork in Apr 2019
Interview
Recruiter called extremely last minute since their hiring deadline for internships was only in 3 days. I was set up with a technical interview the next morning and an inconvenient time because of the tight deadline, although the interview itself was very straightforward and the interviewer was really helpful. After a technical interview I was set up with a phone call the next day with my now manager to discuss project details. Overall, the process was very rushed but I was happy to accept a great offer on a great team.
