One of the most intense interview processes, but one that prepared me so well for future interviews. Average of about seven steps in total from start to finish including phone interviews, in person, panel, skills test, presentation, and shadowing of other members. The shadowing experience was definitely insightful into what a typical day looks like for an employee. Although the whole process was lengthy, it was definitely thorough and an interview that a candidate needs to prepare for intensely.
