Interview process was quite lengthy. They started off with a phone screening, and following that I was asked to complete a written interview. Then, I had a virtual interview. Following that, I was asked to complete two more assessments (one was more geared towards assessing personality and the other was problem-solving skills) and then I attended the final in-person interview at the Harrisburg office (I was given the choice of coming in or doing the interview via Zoom. Overall, process was a bit tedious. It felt like they were trying to psychoanalyze me and at many points the interviews felt more like a personality test than an interview. It didn’t feel like a straightforward conversation which is what I prefer in interviews. They are very focused on finding a cultural fit and seem less concerned about your skills. I felt as if they were evasive when I asked about the salary for the position. By the end of the process my feelings had started to sour and I would not have accepted the job had I been offered it.
