Interview
The experience was long but the main person I interviewed did a great job with moving things along as quickly as possible. I would say the entire process was great until I did a face to face interview, For the most part the interviewers seemed bored and uninterested. One person was extremely late and on their phone most of the time. The face to face process was probably my least favorite just due to the lack of interest. The shadowing part seemed rushed. Questions were repetitive but well thought out. There were multiple test, which sucks if your're not a great test taker. They are really looking for people who are passionate about internet marketing with a love of learning new things.

Lengthy process. Starts with phone interview, then have to take a written assessment which took awhile, then another video interview, a personality test and an in person interview in their Harrisburg office.

What would someone in your past say about you that isn't true?
I met with quite a few team members over a series of several interviews which was awesome because I got to meet so many different people so I was able to really get to figure out if it would be a good place for me! Everyone was fantastic who I met with, they made me feel really comfortable and you can tell they really want to get to know you as a person vs just what your experience is which is perfect for an entry level role.
the interview process was long with around 4 rounds total but they were very positive and warm throughout the entire experience. Didn't end with a job offer but it was a positive experience
