WebFX interview questions

The interview process was very intense and drawn out in my opinion. It started with an initial phone interview, then a written interview. It was very easy and brief, no problems. Then there are two in person interviews, one with the HR specialist and the second with top management. All in all very professional people and nice conversation! What was frustrating for me was I'm pretty sure they record you during your first in-person interview but don't make it known. In my second interview I was asked the same questions and then they referred back to my old answers if I answered them differently. Not a huge deal. Questions like "Are you more detail oriented or a big picture person?" After my second interview I wasn't given a time frame, but the website says I would know withing 1-4 weeks. I will say whenever I reached out two separate times I was emailed back within an day, however it was 6+ weeks until I got a "no" answer. This seems to be a great company, but it's really discouraging for candidates if they decide to decline other offers on account that they may get hired here. I wish the whole process had better communication!
