WebMD Health Editor interview questions

I was interviewed three times by this company the past three months. Twice I was interviewed by three people in two different departments. For the first job, someone in house was hired.So why interview? The second time, I had people doubting I'd like it there or wanting to know I used the same system to edit elsewhere. No two companies do things the same way. For the third interview, this time with one person on the phone, she doubted I'd want to work there with a PhD and did not like it when I honestly answered I never used Medscape for work. So why interview me if you doubt I'd want to work there? The interviewers were confused and disorganized, and-or judgmental.
