I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Weber Shandwick (Washington, DC) in Aug 2012
Interview
I met a few people over the phone first, then had in-person interviews with several people in senior management, then met with Human Resources, and received a formal offer from one of the people who interviewed me. The offer was to join his practice group and I worked there exclusively with limited exposure to the rest of the company until he quit out of frustration.

Interview
Fast and straight forward interview process. HR screening followed by meeting the line manager and one teammate, with the final stage being a presentation of a task they give to show experience/creative thinking.

Question 1
How would you manage a lack of interest in a pitch?
I was referred by an employee and spoke with a recruiter about which openings were a fit. Once they identified a role, I interviewed with three senior leaders from the team that I would work with. The interview process was straightforward.
