It was average as you would expect and it involved a writing task and 2 interviews. There were several people with different levels of seniority in the interviewing panel. Overall not a different experience from that I had interviewing at other companies

Interview with the team heads and scientific director. A writing test is required. The process is pretty quick and efficient. No complaints on the process. The interviewers will also assess whether you fit into the team's culture.
