4 rounds, experience base heavy, did not ask to write code and stuff, but they will ask real time working experience, and 1 hour each round, the questions are duplicated sometimes

Q: What inspired you to apply for this position? What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses? Can you tell us about a time when you faced a challenging situation and how you handled it? How do you prioritize and manage your workload? What are your long-term career goals and how do you see this position fitting into them?
I went through a recruiter and interviewed with the hiring manager and lead developer in person. Normal questions about software development and the agile process were asked. The people conducting the interview were very friendly and very professional.
