HR is more concerned with tone than anything else. Be polite. Be very upbeat. Say nothing negative. They are not looking for substance. This entire company is more about tone than competence. They don't want people who can actually fix problems and help the company be more profitable. They want quiet worker bees who check their brains at the door and turn a blind eye to problems.
