Online application for posted position on the website. I fisrt received a call from HR and did 1 on 1 interview which went well. Process is if they have a fit you interview with the department manager again for a 1 on 1 interview. Position is offered after a through background check which takes 1 to 2 weeks and passing a drug test.

2 phone calls asking about schedule, availability, other scenario questions. Recruiter was nice - mostly asked about working through the year vs. only the summer. Mostly the normal behavioral questions you'd expect.
