It was a phone interview that lasted no more than 15mins. I was asked a set of most common retail interview questions while also giving scenarios of how I would handle different problems that may come up with customers.

What kind of customer service will you bring to the store if hired?
easy, what-if scenarios, availability. it is a lot of basic interview questions. they want to know if you are good with a team and not violent or easily angered. a lot of highschoolers apply to this job so it is very basic.

Phone screening with HR and in person interview with management. Everyone is beyond friendly. Pleasant experience overall. Recommend to students as this is a flexible role. There is also growth to work in other departments.
