They first called me and asked if I was still interested since it had been awhile since I applied. We then scheduled a phone interview. The phone interview was brief and the questions were pretty easy to answer. I was called back two days later and they asked me to come into the store for an interview. They asked mostly the same questions I was asked in the phone interview. I was then led to sit on a bench for at least 10 minutes. They then called me into the HR office and I was hired on the spot. They told me about all the benefits and such that come with the job and sent me on my way to complete paper work.
