Wegmans Food Markets Entry Level Management - Service Department interview questions

Took more than a month to hear back. The phone interviewer should work for the FBI. The interview took close to an hour. Why any company needs such precise info on the last 10 years of employment seems extreme. Asked all the same questions that were filled out on the app. They ask a question and you answer and then silence while they type - very unnerving the silence. Asked why I had made certain decisions in my career. And how much notice I had given past employers. I was wiped out by the end. The next day I received an email saying I was being moved forward in the process and had to contact them in 48 hours or else. I was working and was going to call them the next day. The second day after the interview I received another email saying I would not be moving foward. I called and asked what was going on and was told they had made a mistake.
